Special Events Services/Room Reservations

Special Event Services supports the Berkeley Campus, UCB off-campus locations, and University of California Office of the President with a full range of event services. Special Event Services manages all aspects of the many commencements on campus, including planning assistance, rentals, insurance, supplies, crews for set up and take down, and much more.
